3. Interactions with Other Users:
We are not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers. Users are encouraged to take appropriate precautions when buying or selling a vehicle.
Transactions & Payments
1. We Charge a Fee on Completion of a Transaction:
Our website provides a platform for buyers and sellers to make and receive payment for their car. We do not take a fee unless the transaction has been completed. A fee is paid by both buyer and seller. The payments are processed via the Faster Payments system, and we do not take responsibility for any delays in transactions.
2. No Guarantee of Sale:
We do not guarantee that any a transaction for a vehicle will be completed or that buyers will find a suitable vehicle. The buyer and seller must satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the transaction and for the transaction to complete.
3. Disputes:
Any disputes between users must be resolved directly between the parties involved. We do not mediate disputes.
Website Content & Intellectual Property
All text, images, audio, video, code, script, databases and any other form of information capable of being stored on a computer that appears on, or forms part of, Our Site unless specifically labelled otherwise, belongs to or has been licensed by us and is protected by the applicable UK intellectual property laws.
